Personalised wellness packages
Swedana is a steam treatment that induces sweating. It comes from the Sanskrit “Sweda”, meaning “to sweat or to perspire”. Steaming raises the body temperature which induces the release of toxins through the skin during the process of sweating.
Naadi Pariksha is the ancient Ayurvedic non-invasive technique of diagnosis through the pulse which discerns the root cause of health issues and not merely address the symptoms. It can accurately diagnose physical, mental and emotional imbalances and disease in the body.
This technique soothes and invigorates the five senses and the mind. Individuals experience a complete sense of tranquility, mental clarity and relaxation after a Shirodara treatment. The word Shirodhara means dripping (Dhara) of oil on the head (Shiro).
Abhyanga (Abhi - all over, Anga = body) is an Ayurvedic massage therapy that loosens muscles and improves circulation. Although Abhyanga may be performed using different liquids, Taila Abhyanga – massage with oil – is the most common and effective method.

Before the Art of Silence Course, I had attended the Happiness Program and Art of Meditation (Sahaj Samadhi). I was interested to further deepen my knowledge on meditation and yoga wisdom. The program made my understanding of meditation much deeper. As meditation has become part of my daily life, it is clear to me that I want to invest more time in activities that I spend my time on. The silence has an amazing impact in today's hectic life with media bombarding you non-stop and the Lagos buzz. It was an amazing experience and a journey to see another aspect of my life when I was meditating for close to 6 hours a day. I never thought that I am able to sit that long and explore my inner self. In today's busy life, it would be a great gift for many people.
The Happiness Program and its techniques significantly improved my awareness and normalised my breathing rhythm. I joined to improve self growth and awareness. My experience with Sudarshan Kriya and the overall course was a whole package that helped me to gradually unlearn certain patterns of lifestyle. Sudarshan Kriya was stressful to me at first. Vajrasana or diamond pose was so painful and 3 stages of pranayama was tiring. I could have ended Kriya with the 3 days course tenure despite mandatory 40 days challenge assignment and Sunday follow up (which opened my eyes to it’s benefit). Now it has turned into my lifestyle and significantly made lots of positive impact. I have recommended the course to my siblings, and one of them has attended, and he loves it.
I sought to change my mindset and lifestyle and invoke a deeper sense of present moment positivism. To learn about the essence of breath and its impact on the body and mind. To incorporate the yogic breathing exercises into my daily lifestyle, because it helps in ridding the body from toxin build-up and prepares the mind and body for meditation. The Sudarshan Kriya is an excellent technique to relieve stress and open up the energy channels in the body. The Kriya relaxes my agitated mind and I feel light and calm after. It allows me a good night's sleep. I breathe better. I sleep better. I exercise more efficiently. The philosophy of life and giving 100% effort in each situation is a motto to live by. When done daily, the Kriya reaps many wonderful benefits. It is a wonderful body and mind cleansing tool. It is also the best way to settle into meditation. The teachers are highly trained and experts in their fields. I enjoyed asking questions and discussing ideas with them. I would recommend the Happiness Program to all those who seek a long term journey into internal peace.
During lockdown, not going out of the house was quite unpleasant. So I thought of improving the well being and quality of my life. My good friend recommended the program. The outcome was very noticeable. I felt relief from stress, a clearer and longer attention span, self understanding, peace of mind, better sleep and breath control.
