The core of this workshop, the a Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY)™, is one of the most powerful breathing techniques that can transform your life right from the first experience.

Research shows that different emotions are associated with different forms of breathing, so changing how we breathe can change how we feel. As an example, when we feel joy, our breathing will be regular, deep and slow. If we feel anxious or angry, our breathing will be irregular, short, fast, and shallow. When wefollow breathing patterns associated with different emotions, we will actually begin to feel those corresponding emotions.
