Sri Sri Yoga Foundation program is designed to offer you a yoga sequence that you can do at home, under the guidance of an expert and certified trainer whenever you need to reset and rebalance any level of your mind and body well-being.

``Introduction to Yoga`` for beginners

Introduction to Yoga is a 90-minute workshop that introduces the participants to yoga in a fun and engaging manner. In addition to understanding the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of yoga, this workshop gives those attending an experiential orientation through pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (physical postures) and meditation (deep rest). The session is tailored for all body types and leaves participants with beginner-level asanas that can be practised regularly.
